These Terms of Service govern your use of velorahair.com and your purchase of VELORA products. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

2. Eligibility

3. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order, you receive an automated confirmation email. This confirmation does not mean your order has been accepted. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.

Once your order has been confirmed, shipped, and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. At that point, a contract for sale is formed between you and VELORA.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in your local currency at checkout and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law. We make every effort to ensure prices are accurate, but we reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By providing your payment details, you authorize us to charge the full amount of your order, including shipping and any applicable taxes. We accept major credit and debit cards as indicated at checkout.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on velorahair.com — including text, graphics, logos, images, product photography, and the VELORA name and branding — is the property of VELORA and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our prior written permission. Product images and descriptions are provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse our website, including attempting to interfere with its operation, introducing malicious code, or using automated tools to scrape data. You also agree not to use our products or services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

8. Dispute Resolution

We hope every experience with VELORA is a happy one, but if a dispute arises, we ask that you first contact our support team at hello@velorahair.com and give us the opportunity to resolve the issue directly. Most concerns can be resolved quickly this way.

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you agree that the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing us within 30 days of placing your first order.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal claims or proceedings relating to your use of the site or purchase of our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
